    I had the absolute best customer service experience today at Sephora! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Faith, who was incredibly knowledgeable and truly an expert. She took the time to understand my skin and guided me to the perfect mineral sunscreen for my needs. It honestly felt like a divine connection—we shared such a genuine moment, and I left feeling blessed to have met her. I also want to recognize Luc, the cashier, who was just as amazing. He was personable, kind, and made the checkout experience just as enjoyable. I walked out of the store feeling like I didn’t just shop—I gained two new friends. That kind of experience is rare and truly appreciated. Five stars to Sephora at Columbiana Mall for exceptional customer service, expert advice, and an unforgettable experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Impeccable shopping experience! Enjoyable, relaxing retail therapy largely due to Luc who went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect items. For the item I could not find (Huda Legit Lashes mascara), Luc thoroughly checked to confirm none were at this store then proactively found it for me at another Sephora location. For a previous in-store pickup, James was expedient, cordial and helpful. So rare to find consistent professional, engaging, knowledgeable assistance, but I found it at the Columbiana Sephora store. Who could ask for more?!

    TIRRIA was very rude. I came up to her and asked her “how are you” as she was checking me out. She asked me to put a phone number in and I said “can I skip that” because I just don’t shop here enough nor do I like getting texts or emails. Not a big deal. She looks at me very condescending and sarcastically says “well if you have a phone number I would like for you to put it in” speaking to me as if I was a child. When I said no thanks, again, she had an attitude because I didn’t want too. Definitely wouldn’t recommend her on the register. Not a good look for Sephora, where people are spending money. Needs a new team.

    Drove an hour for this appt for an event I was supposed to attend tonight. I say supposed to because my makeup was so bad I didn’t have enough time to get back and fix it. Angie did my makeup and did an absolutely horrible job. Not only did she start 20 minutes late, she use primer when I asked her not to, she told me it would be fine after I told her I didn’t want it after she put it on anyways. Then she continued to bring products (fenty) I specifically told her I didn’t want, but when I asked for a particular product, she couldn’t use it because it “wasn’t in her kit”. All of this just to do a horrible job on my makeup. It looks as if I’d had the make up on for days. I wiped it off right there in the store. I am absolutely horrified and don’t know when I’ll trust any artist at Sephora to do my makeup ever again.
