  I come here every couple weeks for a haircut, and they have almost always done a fantastic job! Attention to detail, kind, clean, and they aren't offended when you point out something that they might have missed!

  Always great. The only place I can get a great haircut for my kid. I am bald or I would get my hair done there as well

  Very short wait time. The staff was friendly and very skilled. My stylist was Ashley, and she did a great job on my hair. I would highly recommended.

  Shenita at salon 4351 in Rosewood Village in Columbia, SC was amazing. Great attitude. Great experience. Cut my hair exactly as I asked. I recommend her to anyone looking for a beautiful cut.

  All I wanted was a bang trim, and a few layers added. When you see the photos I provide you will see that is in fact not what I was given. I’m honestly not too sure what happened besides lack of communication on my stylists part. I informed my stylist about my hair type, what I wanted, and what I was okay with before anything. She asked me if I was okay with my length or if I wanted that trimmed. I said I like my length, I would like to keep that I just want some layers because the top of the back is too long. I was asked to take off my glasses and as someone who hasn’t gotten their hair cut in a while I forgot that I would not be able to see anything until the end result due to my vision impairment. I informed her that I would not be able to see, I guess she thought I was joking. I kept my eyes closed the entire time as she started on my bangs and the hair landed directly into my eyes. I noticed she was cutting the right side a lot more than the left, but I didn’t say anything because I figured she would do more to the left later. She did but again not nearly as much as the right side. She told me to put on my glasses and already I could feel my bangs were wrong. She gave me straight bangs with a middle part. I don’t have a picture of that but as you see before I very clearly had a side part/swoopy bang going on. I couldn’t form words as I’m a little awkward socially and just kinda froze up. I didn’t say it looked good I couldn’t say anything because now there is little to nothing to work with. I left and broke down into tears as all of my hair is now gone and I looked ridiculous. I ended up going to a different great clips to which when I showed the stylist my before she was completely shocked and immediately took me to the chair. She asked to take a picture of my before, and after and then got to work. While doing so I could hear how concerned she was and how angry she was with whoever did my hair. I’m glad I went there as the stylist really helped me. I now have a short, thick pixie cut/bob. When I had chest length hair. Please do not go here. I don’t know what else to say other than this must’ve just been a humiliation ritual because in what world would someone be proud of doing this to someone? I will be disputing the charge and if that doesn’t work I’ll have to contact someone higher up as this is not okay to do to people at all.
