Didn’t say one word to me upon entering the store, proceeded to stare me down the whole time I was in the store, didn’t say a word as I was checking out. I believe her name was Joy, which is quite humorous, as she seemed to be lacking any.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
What is SalonCentric's return policy?
You can return store purchases with a valid receipt. Online orders of $150 or less can be returned within 90 days with original documents, excluding electrical items and shears. Electrical items and shears can be returned within 60 days and refunds are via gift card.
