  I have several previous piercings and this was by far the best experience! Britt helped so so much with knowing all the information and getting jewlery and chelse was phenomenal nurse made it sooo much better

  Loved it! Went with my girls, and splurged a little!! Chelsea was so amazing, and everyone there was so so kind and welcoming! Chelsea makes you feel so comfortable the whole time, and takes amazing care of your ears! Britt was so chill, and she is so easy and fun to talk to while you’re waiting/ checking out!! Would recommend this for anybody!

  I have been debating on whether to write this review. Got my Tragus pierced in January of this year when they were offering free apprentice piercings. Obviously I know what I’m in for when I get an apprentice piercing, so I am not complaining about that. My Tragus was rejecting recently this month and I wasn’t sure why, so I went to my normal piercer and was told that I don’t even have the anatomy for a Tragus, and that Rowan Nurses basically pierced my face. My issue is that when I got it pierced by the apprentice, a nurse had to step in because the needle would not go through. I asked if everything was okay and the nurse said everything was fine, but she basically had to repierce it and the apprentice had to step aside. They claim they are licensed piercers but they are just nurses, and this is unacceptable. The worst part was that after she repierced needle, blood trickled down into my ear and my ear was clogged for the next 5 days. I asked the nurse for a q-tip after I felt the blood and she said she couldn’t see any blood in my ear, meanwhile all of my friends that were with me said otherwise. All this to say, I am disappointed with the nurses because they claim to be licensed piercers but give out the worst advice when it comes to anatomy. Do better Rowan. My Tragus now has a scar/bump.

  Please please please don’t go here! I took my one year old to get her ears pierced and they did such a terrible job that I had to remove both piercings after 24 hours. One was angled completely downwards and the other was angled upwards. They also refused to issue a full refund which is absolutely ridiculous. I was telling a friend about this situation and she mentioned that she had a bad piercing experience with the same nurse. Just stay clear and don’t take your children here!

  This place will gouge you! I went in with my wife to try and find an ear piercing hole that ended up needing to be re-pierced. They did a good job and are good at that. The instructions on how everything would be priced was not clear. The cheapest earrings they offer are $68 and we thought that was a lot for two earrings but decided we’d still go through with it all. We were also under the impression that the cost of piecing would go toward the earring price but were mistaken. That cost is on top of the earrings! So we expected to walk out of the store with a re-pierced ear, just one ear to be re-pierced to be clear for around $100. Nope! They mentioned we should also get their cleaning solution too so after they re-pierced the one ear they put the matching earring in the other. Two normal studs. We go to check out and it’s $208!!! We were both stunned and didn’t know what to do. They did what we wanted but we found out that the $68 earrings covered just one earring not a set. So $136 for a pair of earrings, the service for the re-pierce, and $20 for their spray doubling the price we expected to pay!! We definitely felt like they took advantage of us and even though the piercing felt safe and sanitary and all I cannot recommend this place to anyone unless they have deep pockets!
