- DCdavid cox6 days ago1.0Went on line. Had 78 minute wait. Checked in. 90 minutes later I get the text. Head to salon. Your next up. Get to salon. 2nd in line. Lady says it'll be 15-20 minutes. I leave. Get on line to cancel. There is nothing on app to say cancel. Called the salon. Told her to cancel me so I can get another appointment before it's too late. It was 5:20 pm. They lost a great tipper. Guess I'll give sportsclip a shot.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
