The Face Fairy is a results-driven medical aesthetics practice led by Francesca Caputi, an RN with 10 years of clinical experience and a certified aesthetic injector.
Services include Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling with PRFM, TOSKANI mesotherapy for skin rejuvenation and hair restoration, GLP-based medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and vitamin injections. It is the only RI medical spa offering the full TOSKANI serum line for advanced skin and hair treatments.
All services are provided under the medical direction of Melany Gomes, FNP. Through thorough consultations and individualized treatment plans, Francesca prioritizes patient safety, education, and evidence-based care to support long-term results and overall wellness.

Very caring and patient I received Botox for TMD pain she took her time on the phone to explain everything to me and answered all my questions (as crazy as they were!). She was very informative of the process as it had been some time since I last had it done (2 years or so). I think what I loved the most is how welcoming and personable she is, it felt like talking to a friend :). She catered to what worked best with my current lip shape & size. I was super impressed by how the healing process went with minimal swelling and no bruising. I was able to go back to work immediately after my visit. I love how she enhanced my pout. 10/10 experience.
