- ASAlyssa Smith2 days ago5.0I’ve really enjoyed both times that I’ve been in Rowan now. Rachael first did my piercing and she was excellent. She took her time talking me through placement, my anatomy, and the type of piercing that would best fit me. My conch has been healing well, and after a month I went back today to see if I was ready for a post change. This time I saw Kate and she was just as accommodating and friendly. After giving it a thorough cleaning and a look, she determined I should wait a few weeks instead of trying to force a smaller post. We also talked about my other piercings that have since closed and a potential way to taper them to open the holes up again. Thanks again for all your help, ladies. I will be back :)

Explained what they did every step of the way and how her first holes were not even to start…so pleased with how the process went. We will definitely be back again and would recommend. - MMMichelleJul 1, 20265.0My experience at Rowan was five star. Rachel and Sara were wonderful. They had a training special for nose piercing for $20. After the piercing, I decided I want a smaller earring, but the training package only offered one with the $20 package. I chose another one which was $108 and they give you 10% off which I think is crazy the training package of $20 should’ve had more options that was my only disappointment so instead of leaving they’re spending $20 plus tax. I left their spending $100 plus tax. I’d love a coupon for my next purchase.
