  10/10 experience! Julianna took excellent care of my 8 year old daughter getting pierced for the first time. She was kind, calm and reassuring. She and another nurse pierced both ears at the same time and both of them were amazing. I got my helix pierced afterwards and it was a very smooth experience. Rowan is a clean and inviting space, with caring professionals. It’s the perfect spot for first time or seasoned veterans.

  I had such a great experience! The staff was super friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The shop was very clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. My piercer took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was relaxed during the process. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality service and a great overall experience!

  Wow, I had an amazing first time experience here! Yesterday was my first time getting my ears pierced in over 15+ years so I was a bit nervous. But everyone was so kind, welcoming, friendly, and professional. I would especially like to give a special shoutout to Rachael! Not only was she very friendly and professional, but she made sure to pay keen attention to detail, was very informative, ensured all of my questions/concerns were addressed, and overall made me feel very relaxed and comfortable the entire process! Because of her, I will definitely be returning for more piercings in the future!

  Certifiably addicted. Brought my 9yo as promised for her first piercing. She is prone to fainting with needles but had considered for years and finally was certain she wanted them. All I knew in advance was that RNs do the piercing. We went on a busy weekend with a same-day appointment and the experience could not have been better. Daughter turned a bit gray and having RNs there with a juice box made it all go smoothly. Daughter is thrilled with her piercings and stealing my earrings now fully healed. It went so well, I went back a few days later to ask if my second lobe could be either reopened or redone. One was tapered and the other was re-pierced. That went so well I went back to get a hidden helix (the dangling double chain at the top). From advice about location, healing tips, what to expect, choosing the actual piece, and the actual procedure itself, everything feels like you’re being advised by a cousin, not the crazy one, the cool one. I am up to 3rd lobes, bilateral helixes and a hidden helix. I can’t believe how much of my life went by without knowing how much I would love this. If you have some worries about piercing for yourself or your child, this is the place to go.

  I got my lobes pierced today at the Cranston location. I chose here after much research. From the moment I walked in, I knew it was a safe, clean, happy place. I felt very comfortable every step of the way. My nurse Kate was the absolute best. She took a great deal of time making sure my piercings were aligned just right. She truly wanted me to have the best experience. The receptionist as well was incredibly sweet and kind (I'm so sorry I've forgotten your name). As a transgender woman, this meant the world to me. I couldn't have enjoyed my visit any more. This is the place I will refer everyone to. Much love to everyone. Thanks again. - Lianah I.
