  Cashiers arguing at register about cell phone chargers and who it belongs to in front of customers. Then looking for a product and asked for the tester. Cashier took it to the back and lost it and it was the only one they had. Then after waiting 10 minutes or more for them to find the product I was told to order it online. I asked them to order it then they said I have to do it. This place is a never again

  Poorly staffed. Went for my bday gift and for some reason they couldn't give it to me because it didn't show on their end but on my app it clearly stated my info and that it was my birthday, even confirmed with customer support. Same account, faulty system. Poor girl was working alone while manager was in interview absolutely slammed with customers. Waited in line to receive nothing. These places have you sign up for rewards you can't even redeem. Also while I was waiting in line, the only worker helped other customers. Then when she was done she checked them out before me when I was waiting longer. They proceeded to sign up for an account which took even longer.

  Tell me how it's possible that every single time I come to this Sephora nothing is in stock. There is never anything at this store. So if you want something in particular just order it online or drive to the Sephora in Lancaster. Also, it's super annoying that I can't use my Sephora credit card at this store and you can't return anything you buy online at this store. Its a Sephora but somehow it's different just because it's inside a Khols. When I asked why I couldn't use my Sephora credit card here the girl at the counter gave me attitude and said "at least they let you use your points here". Okay??? Thanks a lot.

  I've been wanting the my dream palette for a while and was excited to see it was on sale. I went to the store to find they had one left. I went to check out and was told by the cashier it wasn't on sale. I asked to speak to a manager. When he finally showed up 10 minutes later he tells me their sales are different then the stand alone sephora's and they don't have to honor online deals. The manager was not very couteous. If this location in kohl's won't honor any of sephoras sale's or even gift cards I don't think I'll be returning to this location.

  No customer service, no one asked if I needed any help, or even greeted me as I walked in. It was quite busy due to the VIB sale but that's no excuse for poor customer service. It's one third of the size of an actual Sephora and at least 4 associates were there.
