- KRKim ReckordMay 2, 20261.0My mother took my 12 year old daughter to this location with a specific picture of the hair cut she wanted. The stylist didn't know how to do the cut and had to ask another stylist how to do it. If you don't know how to do something, it would have been better to say you didn't feel comfortable doing the cut. She is shy and didn't want to be mean, however what they gave her looks nothing like what she wanted and she is so upset. Pictures of what she wanted vs what she left with. It's not even close. My mother also paid for a signature cut which included shampoo and conditioner and they skipped that part entirely but still charged her for products and services not rendered. I also see from reviews that the business only seems to respond to positive reviews. I will gladly pay more in the future for smaller more reputable businesses after this experience.
- GGGràysonApr 27, 20261.0I have never wanted to cry from a haircut, but this is one did. I said i wanted what was in the photo but cut off around the neck. A lot of the haircut was spent trying to even out my hair because she had cut one side an extra inch or two lower than the side i liked. Didnt do much to my fringe and its the longest part of my hair. I will try to get it fixed somewhere else, but my confidence it crushed.
