    When we walked in, my grandson was fighting me. He has not had successful haircuts in the past. But Marita E. changed that. She listened to him and did an amazing back-to-school haircut. We will be back!

    It looked ok till I walked outside right side wasn't faded in to top of my head I have a line around head and I have a mans 1989 hair cut, hair dresser was nice but must of been new she didn't or COULDN'T SPEAK

    I went in for a haircut and blowout with Jennie, and unfortunately, I left extremely disappointed with the service. After washing my hair, she proceeded to brush through my tangled hair without applying any leave-in conditioner or detangler. This caused significant pulling, knots, and unnecessary breakage. The blowout itself was also not what I expected. My hair was left frizzy instead of smooth and voluminous, and my roots were not properly dried, leaving them especially frizzy. For someone who is a Master Stylist, I expected a much higher level of technique and attention to detail, particularly when it comes to something as basic as a proper blowout. I spent a considerable amount of money on this service and unfortunately did not feel that I received the quality of service I paid for. I’m very disappointed with the experience and expected much better.

    You must make sure you specify what you want done and cost every time u make an appointment. When u call and go in the first time they say 30.00 for cut and dry. They contact u via text and offer u a discount on next visit and also offer discount on hair products but none of these products are used to entice u to buy. Got hair cut by jenny. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she proceeded to cut. Nothing like the picture first or second time I went there. After cut she stops and says do u want it dried and doesn't say it is an additional amount for that. They had sent me a text offering a product discount and a haircut discount. When she was done she walks u to front asks if u were sent a discount and uses it then gives charges your card. I did not think to ask because I thought she might discuss increase or separate charges if they were different. When I checked amount it was a bit more than I expected and asked for them to text a receipt or explanation of charges. I did not hear back. While amount wasn't over the top when it comes to cut and blow dry there were quite a few things here I was not happy with and I will NOT return. It was not a good experience.
