The staff didn’t offer help to customers instead they were talking loudly about their own personal stuff and everyone could hear them. They were not even approachable because their conversation was so intense. Most of the items I was searching for were unavailable in the shade or product I was looking but I needed to buy make up so I found some alternatives myself. At the cashier the young lady said to register as a new Sephora member, but I wasn’t offered any info about points or birthday gift or promotions, however online I can see the birthday offer straight away but in store they failed to inform me and it was my birth month. The staff didn’t say anything about deals and sale items and it was confusing to know which exact items were the selected products on 30% discount (the round sign in red on some shelves)
