Went to the store found products to buy one employee able to run register. Lady at register had to do 5 separate transactions to use the app to collect 5 different free items after in line 10 mins for 2 transactions to be completed. Instead of helping other customers in between the one non stop customer train of free items she just kept ringing in the same woman and chatting as if there were no other customers in line waiting while this lady closed out 5 separate times. Ended up leaving the store without purchasing anything due to the long wait while the one customer was helped multiple different transactions. Horrible customer service!!! Worst I’ve experienced ever!

The cashier wouldn't stop talking to her coworker that was sitting behind the counter. She didn't even say hello to me before ringing up my items and pointing at the total. Not a word was spoken to me.

I just came here with my sister and I just want to say that Sienna and KC were absolutely amazing!! They are such sweethearts and didn’t make me feel like a burden for the questions that I asked. They were sooo gentle, nice, and sweet. They made this experience amazing. I will be back just to purchase all of the things that they recommend.

Sienna and Kc were FABULOUS assistants. So kind and gracious young women helped my sister and I pick out itiems for my mom’s birthday!! I was never a huge fan of lush but now they have a #1 buyer. Both women so helpful with recommendations alongside giving tips on routines and ect. Once again I wish I could thank these women again and their amazing assistance!!!

Do you find yourself not being able to give yourself the proper self care? I do! But one particular day I came into the shop with my two girls n I was swept off my feet. I didn’t make this post right away because I wanted to show extreme gratitude when I’m drunk in my self care activities. Sabrina was my shopper she also was assisted by another amazing co worker (please forgive me). I came into the store on a budget and even though I left the store spending more than I actually wanted Sabrina & her coworker made everything make sense! I’m talking the works samples for me and the kids , all the perfect smells & choosing the perfect kit. I definitely I received the upmost top notch service. It sucks they seemed so young that this might not be a forever job but I definitely see a positive future for these women. So as I sit here and enjoy loving me and want to thank these ladies for making sure I had the perfect self care night! Love theses ladies & love love love my shopping experience at lush it always get even better! ♥️ Tea
