Not only did I have the greatest admiration for Pam, in 2024 & 2025 she was awarded stylist of the year in her district. A very high honor showing how special she is to so many others. Imagine the shock on April 13, 2026 when I call for appt. being told "she no longer worked there" It is her choice to tell "what happened" and that's even more shocking. Manager & regional manager must have " failure syndrome" to get rid of someone that brought in TONS of money. Wasn't 2 months ago I let manager -Crystal do my hair because Pam was sent home not feeling well. Crystal bragged to me how "it took awhile" but she now has perfect staff. Crystal, hope your practicing your answers when you find yourself in front of the Big Boss.

I am absolutely disgusted with how management handled the situation with Pam — hands down the best stylist in the entire shop. Instead of valuing someone who clearly brings skill, professionalism, and loyal customers, they chose to “let her go” and try to push her out by transferring her elsewhere. What’s even worse is the way they tried to justify it — That couldn’t be further from the truth. Anyone who has actually sat in her chair knows how talented, kind, and dedicated she is. It sounds more like poor management and internal issues than anything to do with her. Losing someone like Pam says everything about how this place is run — and none of it is good. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be taking my business to wherever she ends up.

She is a wonderful and popular stylist, who I believe has been at the WO location for about 11 years. I just found out yesterday that Pam has been relocated to a rather distant location...NOT her choice. I'm shocked, while certainly not privy to the details of this managerial decision, I have to say it's NOT a good one from my perspective! I likely will be going elsewhere now that my stylist of choice has been relocated to what is a VERY inconvenient location for me. I believe there is quite the group of Pam's loyal customers that feel the same about this terrible decision...or will once they hear of it :(

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
