- MKMia KodaMar 11, 20261.0I came in with hair down to the base of my spine and left with hair that doesn’t even go half way down the torso. I specifically asked for only about an inch off. I understand that there was breakage but I’m dealing with a lot of health issues and having nice long hair was all I had to feel beautiful about right now. I’m just so devastated by this whole situation. As a side note I would recommend a policy about stylists having short nails or at least ones with rounded tips because I was repeatedly scratched during my service and after leaving i had scratch marks on the back of my neck.
