  I never had any issues with my laser treatments until “Spruce Medispa” took over this location. I was severely burned by the tech during my appointment and was asked if we should continue which I obviously declined since all the treated areas felt like they were on fire. They didn’t even bother calling afterwards and all I was told was “sorry” by the tech who emphasized that she’s only ever seen this once before as she paused to clean the laser machine since it was oozing black liquid and the applicator tip was clearly burned. I called them 3 days later when I didn’t hear from anyone. I let the manager know (who kept repeating that she’ll have a nurse follow up - which to date has NOT followed up) about what had happened. She was very nonchalant and said that it was probably a “reaction” to the laser even though I had FOUR previous treatments done. It is obvious that client care is not a top priority here and at this point I just want my money back. 🚮

  I have been going to ideal image for a few years now and I’m always super satisfied and happy with my results,I recently had Beth do my Botox for the first time and WOW,I am so impressed with how knowledgeable she is,she took her time to assess my face and explain how it all works. I’m day 5post Botox and I am loving my results! It’s exactly what I wanted,I will be definitely be booking with her again,thanks Beth! You’re amazing!!

  I show up today 15 minutes early for my appointment to be told “there’s no appointment for me” by front desk staff that needs some serious customer service training. Was told that new scheduling system must not have transferred my appointment over. 1. I called 8 weeks before I wanted to make my appt just to be told they can only take touch up appts a few weeks out 2. Finally get an appt made just to have this happen 3. I’m a working mom who lives 40 minutes away so I spent 1.5 hours driving for this waste of a time 4. I pulled up my appt confirmation and was early and told someone had the 130 spot for a laser hair removal service and was told I could wait until that was done and maybe someone could take care of me after 5. Other appt had not even arrived and touch ups are much quicker so no offer to try to make things right for me based on their error 6. I’m at the point now where I’d probably go somewhere and pay full price for this service versus the cheap unlimited touch up copay option I had here 7. Horrible horrible customer service so not recommend

  I wasn't too pleased with the place and how the first appointment was. First at the time of the injection, she told me the number of the units and price which was 28 unit and had me signed for it and price. After I was done and the time of the payment she said she injected 40 units. When I said that she told me 28 and have me signed she said yes she did. I really didn't like it. Then went back in two weeks and said I still have lots of wrinkles at crew eye , she did another 4 each side. I noticed that I got droopy eye lid. There was another person on that appointment and she said oh we take care of it on next treatment. No apologies. Even though on initial treatment I said I don't want to have droopy eyelids.
