  So I was just in the store not even 2 mins ago. I rarely come to salon centric because I prefer Cosmoprof as they have things that cater more to me. Anyways I came in because I wanted to try out the redken blonde iq high lift color that Cosmoprof doesn’t have. Came in the store wasn’t greeted properly. Did my shopping went to check out while at check out the cashier Carly was all smiles with a lady’s husband who came to pick something up for her. They talked about a wedding, the wedding venue and how Carly was on maternity leave because she had just had a baby and Carly was very insistent with the customer that he relay to his wife that she was back to maternity leave. They end the transaction. It gets to me she just says “last four of your phone number” no hi how you doing or even a smile like with the guy. I say “Hello.” And give her the last four of my phone number. She searches in the computer and doesn’t seem to find my account. She asks me if I have ever shopped online with them before. I say yes but it’s been awhile so maybe my account is inactive. She says she can’t find my account and asks for a copy of my license and my ID. Which I give to her immediately. After that she tells me to “have an account next time” and then rings me up and tells me my total. I put my card down and move the tap to pay machine over a little bit because it’s in an awkward position and I can’t set my card down properly and she says to me “You have to tap to pay” and I say “yes I know it’s in an awkward position so I’m moving it so I can pay” she says nothing. It goes through and gives me the option of “do I approve this transaction yes or no” I’m pressing yes and she’s like “you have to press the button” in a very impatient tone so I say “yes I know”. It goes through she hands me a receipt I say “Do you guys have bags?” She says “yes they’re 1.58” I say can I have one please and hand her two dollars. My issue is that this entire interaction was just cold and unwelcoming. Just very uncomfortable in general. She acted like I had done something to her and like she didn’t wanna service me. I honestly have no idea what her issue was but maybe someone should speak to her about it.

  Whoever this new woman is that’s running the store is incredibly rude and not welcoming at all. As someone who’s been coming here for a while now I hope this isn’t how it’s going to always be.
