    I had an appointment for 1:15 in the afternoon, and showed up at 1:05. I was told at that point the stylist was running late and when I asked how long she would be and I was told at least 20 minutes more. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I just walked out. This was a terrible experience and will never go to this Hair Cuttery again if the stylist was that far behind. I should've been given the courtesy of a text an email or a phone call. When you make an appointment, you're supposed to keep an appointment otherwise just go to walk-in Business only terribly unprofessional.

    Karla did a great job with my haircut. She listened to what I wanted done and took her time cutting and drying it. She asked me if the length was alright all through the process. I had a great experience and will definitely revisit this salon.
