- HAHeather ArnoldMay 12, 20261.0I made an appointment with Dana a senior stylist. When we got there Dana was doing her own hair and we had to wait. Then she could not do a molit on my son so she switched us to a different stylist Mike. They didn't wash his hair. He just wet it and cut it in like 15 minutes. Went to the register where Mike charged me $40 for the hair cut and I got a product for $22 but Mike said he was taking $10 off but he didn't then I pressed 20% for the tip and it charged my $18.99. the bill can to $82.31 for a 15 minute hair cut!! They fixed it but really. People you need to check the bill before you pay. I didn't know the price till I got home and saw the text message saying what Mike charged me.

He also made sure I knew that if, after a few days of styling my hair on my own, I wasn't completely satisfied, to come back and he'll adjust as needed (no charge). Great experience!
