Manager if you're reading this, that young, short girl with a lighter complexion (as of 6/6/26 was wearing a pink wig) will make your ratings take a nose dive. I'm not sure what beauty school that she went to but the way she did my daughter's hair yesterday was terrible. There's no way that her teachers would've proud of this work. I could've did her hair myself and it would've came out a trillion times better. We complained and she did what she wanted to do any way. We go to the salon for an experience, something different than what we can do at home. We were disregarded and left feeling frustrated and angry. It was so bad and my daughter was so upset that she came home and put a wig on. I was and still am furious. The stylist should have been embarrassed to let a customer leave the salon like this. Never ever going back and will let friends and family know not to waste their money.
- SMSanaa MJun 7, 20261.0Yesterday I went to this hair salon and got my hair done by a young hair stylist, and she did a terrible job. I asked for a wash, blow dry, deep conditioning, trim and a curl. When she started washing my hair everything went well, she seemed friendly as we were talking to each other and she was very clear about the total cost. After she was done she blow dried my hair then straightened it. I noticed that her skills were very off because the blow dryer wasn't hot enough. When she put my hair in sections she would sometimes use her finger instead of the comb. She did not detangle my hair properly at all, after she straightened a section of my hair, she combed it and it snagged my hair. The entire time my hair was tangled and it looked very puffy when I saw it in the mirror. When she told me she was going to trim my hair she mentioned that the ends of my hair were damaged and she would cut them off. However she cut more hair off than I thought she would. I got a little uncomfortable and told her to stop. When I went to the bathroom I looked in the mirror and my hair looked a mess. I called my mom because I wanted her to see what the stylist did to my hair. When my mom saw my hair she was pissed off and just asked the stylist to make it even. The stylist just did what she wanted to do and my hair looked terrible. It was the worst hair salon experience I've ever had at a salon. I will never come back here and I don't recommend anyone coming here either.
