She made me feel very comfortable and she chatted with me the entire time. She’s very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend her. She made my hair look so much better and she was very sweet. She made me feel good about myself.

Even with an appointment made in advance there’s nothing like them calling 1/2 an hour before your scheduled time to inform you they are overbooked and can’t keep your appointment- especially when you are already on your way there and have a party that day. Very unprofessional / unreliable and won’t trust them again !!
