- SKSharon KJul 8, 20261.0Very displeased with my most recent visit. I left a more detailed review on the Pocono Outlets Google page. All new faces, none pleasant. I had to ask for help and the overly dressed, blinged out worker (I assume the manager) was too busy on her phone and chatting with another associate rather than wanting to help a customer. I'm not needy, I don't need a companion to walk me around the store, but it would've been nice to have someone help me with some items (specifically foundation) I was curious about. Their phones seemed to be more important. I was last here about 3 years ago and the 3 women who helped me build a new makeup routine all seem to be gone. What a shame, because they gave some of the best service I have ever received in a store in my entire life (and it's been a long life😅). Their customer service blew this new staff out of the water. And they were happy to talk to me! Not only did they help me, but they made me feel seen!! I will never return to this location knowing that I'll be receiving below acceptable customer service. Not only that, but the store was dirty looking and dull compared to surrounding stores. I was truly looking forward to this visit and left so disappointed and empty handed. Next time I visit the outlets on holiday, I would be surprised to still see this store standing. They need to better train these girls on common customer service procedure.

This is an outlet so it might not have everything you need (eg not all shades of a particular product) but if you love makeup etc you will love this store for amazing products from brands you know for discounted prices.
