  Be careful at this store! The instore scanner will show you the price of an item, but it is actually the price IF you buy 4 qualifying items but that is not made clear, not only that but they don't tell you which items qualify and which don't qualify for the promotion. If you ask how much something is, they tell you to scan it but they do not tell you that the price is ONLY for the promotion. And they will NOT refund your purchase even if you paid for it 10 minutes before you realize you were ripped off. They tried to convince me that a .85 oz Aveda product is $14.00. I have shopped here many times before but NEVER again. Just watch your back.

  Very displeased with my most recent visit. I left a more detailed review on the Pocono Outlets Google page. All new faces, none pleasant. I had to ask for help and the overly dressed, blinged out worker (I assume the manager) was too busy on her phone and chatting with another associate rather than wanting to help a customer. I'm not needy, I don't need a companion to walk me around the store, but it would've been nice to have someone help me with some items (specifically foundation) I was curious about. Their phones seemed to be more important. I was last here about 3 years ago and the 3 women who helped me build a new makeup routine all seem to be gone. What a shame, because they gave some of the best service I have ever received in a store in my entire life (and it's been a long life😅). Their customer service blew this new staff out of the water. And they were happy to talk to me! Not only did they help me, but they made me feel seen!! I will never return to this location knowing that I'll be receiving below acceptable customer service. Not only that, but the store was dirty looking and dull compared to surrounding stores. I was truly looking forward to this visit and left so disappointed and empty handed. Next time I visit the outlets on holiday, I would be surprised to still see this store standing. They need to better train these girls on common customer service procedure.

  Terrible customer service. Walked in tried to go to the counter for help and the associates were too busy gossiping to turn around and offer help. One was sitting down entire time, couldn’t be bothered even while staring at me waiting for help at the counter. Would rather shop ulta & Sephora where people are nicer and willing to help you.

  I'm not usually that person to leave bad reviews, so I still gave 3 stars despite my most recent experience. I've been to this location a few times. This time, I was not greeted. There was a girl with long hair behind the counter on her phone the entire time. I don't care if people are on their phones, but she didn't even ask me if I needed any assistance. She was too busy recording herself and gossiping. A middle-aged woman with glasses finally came out of the back and came right up to me asking if I needed any help. I can't remember, but I think her name was Jane or something with a J. Usually, I'd interact with the manager with black hair. But I unfortunately didn't see her. I feel like this store is going downhill. It's extremely dirty and just doesn't have the same cozy vibe it did, like all the past times I've stopped by. The pretty girl behind the counter that was all dressed up needs better training. You can look the part, but that doesn't mean you are. I don't want to hear you talking about work business to other staff. It's unprofessional. I'll probably not return. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

  Melissa and Jazmini pulled out all the stops and gave me and my daughter the star treatment. Can’t recommend them enough!
