  I had my hair done on January 18th, where I booked a partial highlight and a hair mask that was required when booking online. Julia, the stylist, was pleasant, but unfortunately, my highlights turned out with a “tiger” effect, which is unacceptable. Additionally, I was charged for a color lock keratin treatment and the mask which was not applied. Since my appointment, my hair has been frizzy, oily, and tangled, which is extremely frustrating. I reached out to the salon and asked for the manager to discuss my concerns and was connected with my original stylist, who suggested I come in for a wash to see what could be done. I decided not to take her up on this offer, as I'm not willing to risk further damage to my hair. I booked a $70 appointment but ended up paying over $200 for this unsatisfactory service. I'm very disappointed with the entire experience.

  Worst haircut my daughter has ever had, ask for a trim and this lady couldn’t cut a straight line, my daughter’s hair is so uneven it’s noticeable.was unprofessional answering her phone while my daughter was in the chair, the receptionist was rude, they could see I wasn’t happy and didn’t say or asked me anything. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star

  I have been visiting JCP Salon approximately 2 years and one of these years I am a client of Steven Michael. I am grateful to Steven for his professional and commitment work, he is always knows what is necessary to do with my hair, I trust him and believe him absolutely. He always sticks to my style and every time I receive expected result which makes me happy! Thank you Mr.Steven Michael! I recommend you and JCP Salon to my friends and relatives!
