    Yolonda is the sweetest and skilled person I have met so far. I had dry hair and flaky scalp concern and she understood the assignment well and delivered what I asked for along with recommendations. Definitely going to rebook.

    Very efficient, professional but worked on hair sections applying gelthat left hairvery difficult to brush out, which Rey did do. She finger combed curls out. I didn't say or direct, just let her do what she normally does. BUT would not allow that type of service again. Asked for Wash and set

    Yolanda was great!! I have short natural hair and wasnt sure what to do with it or how to care for it. She worked with me to get the color I wanted and took the time to educate me on how to preserve my haircolor and hairstyle at home, including what products to use. Happy with the outcome. I paid $140 for full color and style.

    Worst experience I have ever had. I decided to treat myself to a blow out. I booked online for 3pm with any available hair dresser. I was assigned to Bey. I arrived at 245. Walked in the door and I told the women at the register my name. The women didn’t introduce herself as Bey but instead just said “come back”. I then received the most aggressive and rushed hair wash. She didn’t ask how I wanted my hair blowed out or anything. She just blew it out straight even though my plan was to get it blowed out with curls. She didn’t speak to me the entire time. Her and the one other employee were talking how they wanted to get out of work asap before a storm came through. This explained why my blow dry experience was rushed. A customer came walking in asking for her hair done and the two employees acted like they were short staffed and unable to do the haircut when truly they just didn’t want to do it because they planned on closing down shop once I was finished. Absolutely horrible experience. This was supposed to be a treat to myself as I have 2 little kids at home so I finally got some time to myself. She also charged me for “long hair” blow out without mentioning that and my hair isnt that long. So much for a relaxing blow out.
