    Ten out often this place was the best didn't even have to wait. We even showed up early and they took us in immediately. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place with professionals.

    I had a wonderful experience visiting Richboro hair Cuttery today. Tracy was my stylist and she did an amazing job with my difficult curly hair. I couldn’t be happier!

    This is the absolute worst Hair Cuttery in all of Pennsylvania. It’s dingy, dirty, and outdated. Today was the second time I had an appointment at this location and the stylist wasn’t there on time. A few months ago while waiting to be acknowledged at check in , I was greeted by some lady who was chomping on a mouth full of carrots .. ugh.. so disgusting, then I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time for the stylist to show up , then I had to wait another 15 minutes for her to get settled in. Then she told me she has a kid so that’s just how it goes. Now today, my appointment was at 10:15 am with Emily and at 10:15 she wasn’t there. Today I was told.. well you know, there’s a lot of construction out there so she’s probably stuck in traffic somewhere .. Really?? I was stuck in traffic for over an hour & still made it there on time for my appointment. I was hoping to buy 2 large bottles of Paul Mitchell shampoo, 2 large bottles of conditioner, a texture spray , hairspray and needed a cut, but since she didn’t show up I bought them elsewhere from a much cleaner salon with a legitimate professional stylist. Nobody has time to waste waiting around to pay someone who couldn’t care less about their job, the Brand they represent, or the customer.
