He always wants to help clean up his hair after and she always accommodates his sensory needs. Also using the Great Clips app is easy especially for a child with autism who doesn’t like to wait. We log in on the app show up and sit right down, no waiting. Highly recommend.

One employee literally mumbled "great" under her breath and rolled her eyes when she saw 2 toddlers there for hair cuts.. she then rushed through it and severely messed it up making a "whoops" face while to other nicked my other child's ear and made him bleed. I was very disappointed about how careless and unprofessional they were. Do NOT bring little kids there for a cut, they clearly cannot handle it and my kids were being very cooperative

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
