  My original review was 5 stars and completely glowing. I praised everything Blessings did because at first, I was really happy. But... Within 3 days after my first installation, I messaged her about the hair on my closure not feeling the same as the wefts. I told her it felt course and rough and the wefts felt silky. My concerns were brushed off and she asked me to send her pictures, which i did and no additional instructions were given. Well, only 2 weeks later, i washed my hair and the topper ended up so matted I couldn't even brush it. My partner had to spend almost 3 hours cutting it and the rest of the extensions out of my hair. To make matters worse, I had to cancel my wedding hair trial because of this. I immediately messaged Blessing and told her I wanted a partial refund. I told her she should at least get paid for her time because she did provide a service and i didn't want to be a jerk. I also told her I would leave the raving Google review so it wouldn't affect her ratings. She refused the refund and insisted on my returning the hair and letting her get a different topper and reinstall everything. I drive another 2 hours to her shop, returned the topper and asked for a refund again instead of having her do an install again. She still refused. She claimed it was a manufacturing defect. (I still believe I was given a synthetic topper.) I can not afford to throw $4200 down the drain, so I had no choice but to agree to another install. The second install wasnt much better. When she placed the topper to see if it was in a good spot, she mentioned being able to use tape to hold it in place. I specifically asked if it would lift up if we didn't use tape, and I said I didn't want to have to use tape or glue all the time. Her words were "Oh no! It is not going to lift up at all!" Yeah, i should have known. 2 days later and the entire front is not only lifting to the point where I can't pull my hair back, but the wefts are sewn so far to the front of the closure that there is too much bulk for tape to even be effective. Again when I messaged her to tell her this, she tried to say she could tell me what kind of tape she used then had the audacity to try to upsell me a super special upgraded service that would provide "...a custom foundation with a higher level of support..." Ma'am, your entire business model is about customizing services. What the hell did I spend $4000 on if it wasn't a custom, supported service??? In any event, I'm definitely not going back to her for any kind of move up or reinstall and I'm definitely not going to waste my time asking for a refund again. Id rather drive 8 hours to another stylist and get a third job for a few months to be able to get the extra money to go elsewhere.

  Blessing did an amazing job on my Extensions. If I could give her six stars I would! Extremely accommodating, even with my child. Her shop was clean and private. I couldn’t recommend more.

  Blessing did an amazing job on my hand tied extensions I had a significant amount of breakage due to bleaching damage ( my own doing) and she did a flawless blend. Very professional from the initial consultation to the installation I highly recommend no discomfort a Very seamless look and a very comforting and professional environment if you’re thinking about any kind of extensions book a consultation you won’t be disappointed!!!
