  Had an appointment with Nicole- she had called in to work saying she needed to be out. Front desk person said she called me , but she absolutely did not. I even showed him my recent call log. No apology for the inconvenience-having left work early to go to this appointment which I booked months ago.

  Love the atmosphere. But what makes this salon five stars is the people! Everyone is so nice and they truly want you to have an experience at their salon!

  First time client at Studio Raw. From the moment I walked into the salon, I was greeted by the gal at the front desk. I was impressed. While I waited for Johnnie, she gave me a tour of the salon. It’s really a nice place. For my first service, I booked a keratin treatment with Johnnie! He did a great job with my treatment and was very polite & and professional and paid a lot of attention to detail. I definitely recommend studio raw and will be back!

  Dan does a great job making every client feel confident and beautiful. His humor is wonderful and you feel like you’re talking with an old friend, which makes the time fly by! My hair has never looked better.

  Everyone is very kind, supportive, and genuine. Alexis was absolutely wonderful. She listened, explained, and answered questions. I will most certainly become a regular customer. The salon itself is also clean and beautiful.
