- SSSarenFeb 23, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I have been a loyal customer, but the service has gone downhill. The receptionist scheduled my appointment incorrectly, and after driving all the way there, I was told it was booked for a different day. This is completely unacceptable. On top of that, I was quoted one price and then charged significantly more. That is misleading and unprofessional. The equipment was also not working properly, and I had to wait about 30 minutes for the machine to start. Between the disorganization, incorrect pricing, and malfunctioning equipment, this place no longer feels reliable. I expected much better.
