  While Breonna is usually great, my photofacial left me with a giant second degree burn on my forehead. No social events of selfies for at least a month.

  I find it very inconvenient to fill out and sign a contract with Ideal Image for each and every procedure. One contract should be sufficient. I also do not like that the facility has no possibility to present said contract on a tablet in the facility for the client to review and sign. If the other "paperwork" can be done on a tablet in the waiting room, then is should be possible to do the contract. It is also inconvenient to have to re-do a contract, and pay first before setting future appointments

  I made the payment in two installment and paid off everything. I got two sessions done and there are over ten more left. But somehow their attitude has changed a lot. Since they got their money, they never called me to schedule a single appointment. They are just taking your money. They don’t give a damn about you or the service you paid for.

  Been coming here for years for my injections and also my laser. Hair free for 5 years! 🙌 The nurses have always been awesome, explained everything and answered my questions, and very professional and respectful. The center is always clean. Lisa has been great to work with too and always calls me when they have sweet Botox and Juvederm promos. Super happy with my results. Recommended!!!!
