  Amazing Experience at Rowan!! I absolutely loved my experience at Rowan in Pittsburgh! Everyone was so friendly, professional, and made my whole piercing experience feel easy and comfortable! My piercings (conch & helix) turned out perfect, and I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend! ✨💎

  I was expecting friendly nurses based on reviews and was disappointed in our visit. Also, upon checking out they put the aftercare straight in the bag and charged me for it without asking. I happened to have the exact same one and didn't need it. She seemed annoyed when I asked to take it off. I did wish they would have mentioned the pillow that the brochure said we needed that we saw after we had already left. They charge a lot and while I appreciate the machine they use, I think they overcharge and felt like the experience could have been better.

  Perfect staff, cleanliness, and process. The staff, Corrine specifically, was absolutely perfect in easing our 5 year old niece into the seat and explaining everything. Her client management, relationship skills, and communication is 15/10. Would recommend this place and Corrine to anyone!

  My 10yr daughter had the needle piercing done. It was so quick and she said it hurt way less than expected. Pain was gone very quickly and she hasn’t mentioned it since. The employees were very kind and friendly. Her piercings look great! Highly recommend!

  My 5 year old daughter begged to get her ears pierced, so I wanted to find a place that was visibly welcoming for her so she wasn’t excited to get it done. The “nurse” we had do the piercing (who clearly saw how scared my daughter was) was asking if we wanted a “needle” piercing which completely freaked her out and she started sobbing. THEN we get the piercing and was told it was priced PER EAR, PER PIECE OF JEWELRY. So $68x2 for the jewelry, whatever cost of the service was, PLUS you’re basically forced to buy the $20 cleaner which was made to sound like that was included in the price. I paid $250 to get my child’s ears pierced LOL. I could’ve gone anywhere else and paid a fraction of that. It’s completely overpriced and sneaky in my opinion.
