  I was also not informed that the price was per earring and so I ended up paying over $350 which is ridiculous and then it said to tip 20% which was $70 looking back. I just said oh I should probably tip 20% but now it's like are you kidding me. Not to mention, my earring fell out at work today, a day later, while I picked up a phone and it flipped out of my ear onto the floor and I almost lost it because it's so smal you cant even see it. When I called, they said they are temporary and not meant for long-term and they are supposed to be bent. They are temporary so why are you charging $150 per earring for temporary? It is definitely an upscaling scheming thing and I asked for a refund since I got them yesterday. It already fell out of my ear at work and they said I can come in to get something of equal or lesser value. You have to be kidding me on this one go somewhere else.. Not to mention that my holes closed up I probably could've re-pierced them myself so that ones on me- 70 dollars to stick a needle Through a hole that was already established. let's just say I was duped and now I'm almost $500 out of money for earrings that you can't even see and that already fell out and I almost lost at work. not so great. they really need to tell you the price per earring- they suck. and her response was she just works here . do better. Be more apparent and do not withhold information about the pricing of the earrings. Most people get two so you should tell people that it's the price for two especially since I bought two. You have to get the total price before you do the experience cause otherwise apparently it's too late. horrible customer care. go elsewhere .

  Corrine and everyone there was amazing! They were so kind and supportive to our 4 year old. Made it quick and easy! Highly recommend.

  We had a wonderful experience at Rowan. The ladies that worked there were very friendly despite it being a busy day. Najma, our nurse, was great with both girls and made it an easy, fun experience. They provided ample aftercare information as well. Would recommend!

  The most sneaky & upcharged experience I have had for anything, ever! Unfortunately my experience with a "nurse" was not worth being charged 4x what I would have paid upstairs. Piercings are PER EAR $35×2. Starter earrings are PER EAR $136 for tiny cz. Had I known this, I would have taken my business elsewhere. My "nurse" could have a career as a used car salesman. She told half-truths & skipped over details, getting sulky and pissy when pressed for details. (She did a fantatic job for the store maximizing profit, though. You go girl!). At the end she flipped the IPad around for me to ADD A TIP and for my signature. The itemized receipt is texted or emailed. I discovered I was charged $20 for ear care solution- never mentioned. Total-close to $250. For 2 basic lobes with tiny starters. But there is more! My care card includes a note about getting the starter posts cut down. She specifically told me to "stop in and we will cut them down for you" Made it dound like a complimentary service. But no-For $25. PER POST. So another $50 bucks?? I have never needed any fancy posts or whatnot for my previous piercings. Run! Up the escalators!!!
