This was truly one of the best experiences we had in the store in a while (we always have good experiences but this was above and beyond). I’ll be honest and say it was a slow night so obviously that helped give the opportunity for a lot of one on one interaction. But the staff made my 6 year old feel seen. They listened to her and engaged with her. It was great. we spent more money than we planned because I was so happy with the experience. Well be going back soon for sure.
