  I absolutely love Lush! Their products are always amazing, smell incredible, and feel really high quality. Every time I visit the staff is so kind, welcoming, and helpful which makes the experience even better. You can really tell they care about their customers. Definitely one of my favorite stores to shop at!

  Honestly I’m really sad to be writing this review but disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I haven’t shopped lush products in quite some time but excited to stop in and see the magnesium and sleep line products. When I stopped by in person I ended up purchasing the deep sleep massage bar. I didn’t need much help while shopping because I had already reviewed the products online. After checking out and leaving the store, I realized I forgot to ask about the oval tin storage container compatible with the item I purchased. I returned back to the store and politely asked a male associate at the front if they had any available, to which he abruptly replied no to and offered me the solution of using a tupperware container. To which I was like okay that’s fine. Later that same day when I returned home I went online to see if I could order one from the website but unfortunately they were out stock on there too. However it gave me the option to check physical store inventory in my local area. To my surprise both locations in area had them in stock including Ross, I was confused. The next day I called and spoke to a female associate to clarify if this item was or was not in stock as I wanted to place an online order for pick up. She confirmed and was polite and helpful. I live 20-30 minutes away from Ross Park Mall one way, thankfully I had a return to make at another store so my trip wasn’t a total waste but I was not planning on coming back any time so soon. The weirdest part of this whole interaction was that when I was in the first time, I literally overheard a different associate helping out another lady with the massage bars mentioning the tin storage containers for them lol. I don’t understand the intent behind lying about your inventory or not even checking inventory for a paying customer and inconveniencing them. I’ll admit it was my fault for not asking another associate but I didn’t think I had to. Guess it really depends on which workers you do and don’t interact with at this location.

  TLDR: The new woman was horrible and could have triggered an allergic reaction, but the store manager saved the day. I don't usually leave reviews (and if it weren't for the normal staff here, this would absolutely be zero stars if I could) but the experience I had the other day was so unusual that I can't let it go. A woman with silvery/grey hair in the front, whom I had never seen in there before, "helped" me and she made me so uncomfortable. She just grabbed my arm and starting putting product on me without asking or clarifying what she was just putting on me. I have really sensitive skin and specific allergies so I have to carefully read ingredient lists and she just started touching me with products. She was so pushy, I didn't even feel comfortable explaining my allergies and she made it so difficult to get away from her. The staff here is usually so helpful and respectful, so I don't know what was up with her but she made me want to run away and never come back. I finally managed to get away from her and went to the store manager, who has helped me in the past. She was amazing as always and understood and actually helped me find something I liked that I wasn't allergic to. I definitely wouldn't want to go back when the new woman is there but I'll maybe just immediately go up to literally anyone else working. I wouldn't want to punish the other staff, because they're great, with a bad review, hence the 5 star rating, but definitely avoid that woman.

  Mars was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind to me!!! They helped me find the perfect birthday gift for my girlfriend. Great shopping experience!

  I have stopped by this store a few times now, and I have always had help to answer questions I have about the products. Lush cannot be beat on the scents they have. The people working the store are amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them. The only downsides are that this store is on the small side so it can get crowded during peak shopping hours and the prices are pretty high for some things, but the investment is worth it when you get products that work for you.
