  I went twice and both times my cuticles were aggressive destroyed. This time, 9 out of my 10 fingernail cuticles were profusely bleeding during the manicure. Just a small "sorry" gesturing to them as I paid. Also concerned about the sanitizing. Technician pulled some little tooth pick stick out that she dipped in nick relief powder, put to my bleeding cuticles, and repeatedly dipped back into the powder that I assume they use for other people is just one example of my concerns for cleanliness. Hoping to find a less painful local place.

  The atmosphere is so calm and pretty, and the people are very nice. DEFINITELY returning for my next manicure.

  The manicurist did not speak English could not understand what I wanted. She started doing gel on my toes when I said I just wanted regular polish she got upset and for the rest of the pedicure and manicure there was no communication. She didn’t ask what shape I wanted my nails or even if I like the shade she was putting on.Very unhappy will not be going back.

  I went to JV Nails and chose an OPI gel color. The very next day, the pink polish started turning white and yellow. I have three young children and recently relocated from the UAE during the war, so it was not easy to come back immediately for another two-hour appointment. When I explained my concerns to the manager, he responded that he “can’t just throw out a line because of a few customers,” despite admitting their OPI gels “sometimes do this.” When I returned about a month later, I was told I should have come back sooner, even though no one warned me this was a known issue with the product. Had I known, I would have chosen a different brand instead of spending $95 and my time on something defective. Overall, the experience felt frustrating and untrustworthy. THEY DIDN’T EVEN OFFER A DISCOUNT! Will never go back!

  Top notch Mani/Pedi experience. Vee Vee (mani, see pic with her fun design) & Tammy (pedi), both were fantastic.
