  I can't say enough about how amazing the experience at Prime IV of Phoenixville is! From the second you walk in the door, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The staff are all knowledgeable and they're great about answering questions and providing recommendations. I have never felt like they were trying to upsell anything just for the sake of upselling, which is SO important to me when receiving wellness services like this. At Prime IV, I feel like they truly try to help me get the most bang for my buck and get the most out of my membership. As far as receiving the actual services, all of the medical staff are wonderful. I can be a hard stick sometimes, and they manage to work with me with a smile on their face! The massage chairs are heavenly, and it is just a great way to carve out an hour of "me time" each month. Lynn, the owner, clearly takes great pride in her staff and the facility and that shows through every part of the process!

  I love Prime IV & have been going for a while! I am a runner & triathlete and usually get the gladiator drip. It helps prep for races and recover from tough workouts. I would recommend to all athletes or anyone needing some extra hydration or vitamins!

  Prime IV is hands down my go-to spot for my monthly hydration! The entire environment is always spotless, incredibly clean, and welcoming. A huge shoutout to the owner, Lynne, who is always so incredibly upbeat, her energy honestly makes the entire visit 10 times better every single time. ​ The staff here is absolutely awesome and highly knowledgeable, but I have to give a special shoutout to Nurse Marisa. Look, I am absolutely terrified of needles, but Marisa handles my inner panic attack like an absolute pro. She literally ensures someone is there to hold my hand through the process so I don't chicken out. If they can make a needle-phobe like me feel entirely safe and comfortable, they can handle anything. ​ If you want the absolute best IV drip experience possible, this is the place to go!

They always greet you with a smile, they are willing to customize treatments to best suit your individual needs, and the massage chairs are divine.
