- ANAlex Nichol3 days ago1.0The couples massage was the worst my wife and I have ever had. Our therapists took long pauses and spent a lot of time basically "acting out" moves without applying any pressure. Sometimes they literally just stroked the surface of the skin or padded a muscle instead of rubbing at all. I think a mall massage would be better. When we called to reserve, the woman offered either two female masseuses or a male and female. I said either would do. When we arrived, they had two male masseuses lined up. We had to complain, and they spent a few minutes "moving things around", and then told us we could have a male and female. When we reserved over the phone, we were told to come early to enjoy the amenities. When we did arrive about an hour early, they told us we would need to stay in separate locker rooms until 30 minutes before the treatment. 30 minutes before, you get to hang out in a "relaxation lounge", which has dollar store level "snacks", and a few uncomfortable lounge chairs looking out over the ugly part of the city. We thought maybe we would use the spa pool, as we have done at the four seasons spa in athens, but here the pool is for guests only. We have been to various other Four Seasons locations, and our experience has always been much better. This was a major disappointment.
- NSNatalie SSep 22, 20262.0Meh, didn't have a good experience here. I requested a woman and they said one was available for massage. When I got there the therapist was a man and I don't live close to the city so what was I going to do cancel. The massage was also not good at all. They also rush you out of there when you're done - they give you a limited window to relax - unbelievable they charge what they do. horrid customer service. I told them what happened at check out and they could have cared less. an extra star for the view.

- KDKaren DApr 28, 20264.0Jenna was fantastic (5 stars). Knocked off one star because one shower was out of service and there are only two showers so a wait to use. Other that the mechanical issue, all staff was amazing and the spa is beautiful.
