I was about to leave the store and buy my products online. I address my concerns to the cashier, who wasn’t sure what to say. The store was empty, and I got there at 9:15 am which means, all the mess was from the night before or a week before. Feeling like I have to wipe my products before using.

I perceived the behavior of one particular staff member as discriminatory, which left me deeply unsettled. I approached the staff member in question for assistance in finding a CC cream and setting powder. Throughout our interaction, her demeanor was notably impatient and unhelpful. This in itself was disappointing, but what heightened my concerns was observing her subsequent interaction with another customer. She provided this customer with a level of attention and service that starkly contrasted with how she treated me. The difference was so pronounced that it felt not only professional but discriminatory in nature. Notably, during our conversation, she often did not face me directly, displaying a level of disinterest and disregard. What further exacerbated the situation was the fact that I had a substantial number of products ready for checkout. Despite this, I was asked to wait while she continued assisting the other customer. After waiting several minutes without any acknowledgment, I felt compelled to leave the store, unable to tolerate the stark disparity in service. I have always regarded Sephora as a top-tier brand, and it is my sincere hope that this isolated incident is addressed, ensuring all patrons feel valued and respected during their shopping experience.
