    We brought our 2yo in for a haircut, and Cici was amazing with him. He's very nervous around a buzzer, but she kept him calm the whole time. I was so impressed with the whole salon - there were quite a few kids in there getting their back-to-school haircuts, and all the hair stylists were o friendly and engaging with both the kids and the parents. Will be going again!

    Sign on the door says walk ins are welcomed. I walked in around 3:30 and was told I'd be taken care of in a few minutes. There seemed to be about 5 stylists working. 3 of them finished up with their clients(paid and out the door) within the first ten minutes I was waiting. I was not taken care of as all the stylists dissappeared to the back of the store. I ended up waiting 40 minutes without any further acknowledgement before getting the hint and leaving. Apparently walk ins are not welcomed despite no one else entering after me for any sort of appointment.

    Tori has been doing my hair and she always did a wonderful job. However this is the 2nd time that my appointment has been canceled same day due to call outs. I wish the salon would be more accommodating with trying to squeeze a scheduled appointment in, instead of canceling it. If this was a one off thing I would not complain but now that it has happened twice in the last 7 months I will be taking my business elsewhere.
