- MMMekenna MillerJul 6, 20262.0I needed help getting a product in the locked drawer. I stood there with my 3 young children as the 2 employees cashed out 2 people. This took almost 10 minutes. Both employees saw me waiting. Neither acknowledged me the entire time. When the one employee finished ringing out her customer, she did not come over or even call out, "ill be right with you". Im fine to wait but I thought it was rude to not acknowledge me at all. I chose to leave instead of wait any longer. Very disheartening. Felt like they were avoiding me. Ill order straight from the distributor instead I guess.

Tamra, the beauty advisor who helped me, was absolutely outstanding! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, patient with all of my questions, and took the time to explain the differences between several foundations so I could find the best match. Although I originally came in just to purchase foundation, Tamra also recommended a setting spray. There was absolutely no high-pressure sales tactic—just a genuine explanation of how it would benefit me, and her expertise made me confident in adding it to my purchase. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of foundations Sephora carries and appreciated being able to sample several in person. Nothing compares to the in-store experience when it comes to finding the perfect shade match. I highly recommend Sephora, especially if you're looking for personalized service. Thank you, Tamra, for making my shopping experience enjoyable and educational. I will definitely be back!
