    Donna gave me an eyebrow wax. She said “Clean it up?” I said yes. She made one eyebrow pencil thin and the other eyebrow regular. My eyebrows are different! She butchered the first one she waxed. And kept leaning her hand on my face while appying the wax! I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed since I was 16 and this was the worst experience! Beware!!

    I had an appointment for a root touchup and was quickly seated. The first thing I noticed was how dirty everything was. Clutter and hair everywhere including countertops and my seat. It was apparent the brush was not clean. I could clearly see a lot of hair from prior customers. Unfortunately, this brush was used on me too. My stylist used it on me while color was in my hair too and still never cleaned it. I had to asked several times rewatch my hair because the color wasn’t thoroughly washed out. Actually ran my fingers through my hair and the color was transferred to my hands. By the time I was finished I was soaked and wet. I went home after the wash with soaking wet hair and clothes, without having my hair brushed again with the dirty brush. I spent close to $100. Dollars for this service
