    I have been going to this shop for years and have always been satisfied with the service, so know that this is not a reflection in the staff. I went in with clean hair for a trim on long hair. No wash, no shaping, no bangs, nothing special and no blow dry. This took about 10 minutes, tops. I was shocked at $32 charge. I feel it is excessive for 10 minutes. I am leaving a good rating, as I know EVERYTHING costs more.

    Out of town, hair emergency. Too much grey. I made a same day online appt for a blow out. Ornela greeted me when I arrived 45 minutes early. Completed other scheduled client, then listened to me. She looked at my pics. Added some root concealer. I left very happy in a short period of time.

    Doreen is great & goes out of her way to please the customer. She is very personable. However, the price of a wash, cut, blow dry keeps going up & up. Hair Cuttery is supposed to be for people who can't afford the high end salons but it is becoming unaffordable, especially for retirees on a fixed income, even with the Senior Discount.
