    Today I visited this location to exchange expired Dr Jart products I was sold at a separate Sephora (Grainet Run) I went during after school hours so I wasn’t the only person in the store. The young lady working the register was extremely helpful to an extent. This location also has expired Dr Jart products on their shelves (same lot and expiry as one of the items I exchanged.). I was only able to walk out with one exchanged item , and will resort to buying my skincare online from Dr Jart directly after this. Such a shame to have this happen during the sale to😭.

    The ladies in Sephora are rude. Not only that if you aren’t white they automatically assume that you’re stealing and will send one of the younger girls to watch you and disguise it as “assistance.”

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora location. I did end up purchasing two perfumes, but I was planning to buy more. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor. I was not greeted or offered help, and when I tried to get assistance, the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. Because of this, I decided not to continue shopping and left without purchasing the additional items I intended to buy. Good customer service matters, especially when customers are ready to spend more. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how customers are treated.

    ‼️BEWARE BLACK & BROWN FOLKS‼️ My little sister (B/F/9) and I (B/M/24) were racially profiled in the Sephora section by Kimberly Brown. Kim Brown constantly followed me and my sister around as she shopped using her gift card. She spoke & greeted every white customer that was there, but did not speak at all to me & my sister. Instead we were blank stared at & she would glance down at our hands. I asked for a pricecheck, she nodded side to side, sighed, and then begrudgingly mumbled the price. She had a problem with us spraying the testers & perfume samples. “I hope you guys are gonna actually BUY something instead of spraying up and messing up my allergies” I informed Kim Brown that fragrance testers existed for a reason and that I didnt appreciate her tone. She then, accused my 9 y.o sister of opening products, which of course, was false. Nothing was ever opened and she never said a specific product, just accused us of opening “stuff.” I also observed a pattern that when my sister & I were in an aisle: Suddenly, she had an urgent task to complete in THAT very aisle. When we went to the next, she followed to the next. Eventually, after the 2-3 minute argument, I asked for her name and said I would be filing a major complaint on her. My sister was traumatized and I dont want any other Black and/or Brown person to be profiled by Kimberly Brown at the Sephora in Kohls @ Granite Run. Perhaps, management can tell her that if she doesnt like the scents of certain products, she shouldnt work at a job that involves a multitude of fragrances! Horrible experience and will never be back. Just trying to make sure POC are aware!!
