  I was quoted a price for filler. I didn't get the quote on paper, just walked in and they did it on the calculator. Showed up and my provider was knowledge. I opted to get 4 units extra of botox. After the price was almost 200 dollars difference. I paid it although I knew it was wrong. You know how much money you have to spend when making an appt. I asked for the manager/owner but was told to come back. Went back and met with "The Owner" explained that I was quoted the $625 price for 3 of fillers, but 2 of then were $725 instead of the $625. I asked for a credit even though it was just under 200 dollars. She said she would get back to me. I waited and days later a gentleman called me and said I did not get the quote on paper, and they could not honor that price. I have been going there since it was Ideal Image and stayed even though my person left. You would think they would do the right thing but NO. The day I had to meet with the manager, I was waiting to go back. I overheard a conversation - there was a lady who called about records. The person said you must come in sign a release and get them. So, I found a new place.to go to and I have an appointment Monday. I recall the phone conversation about records, so I went out to the store. I was greeted and explained I wanted my records. She entered my name and went in the back. I overheard her say to someone she could not find my stuff. Then she came out and said I needed to wait for the owner to come in. I said no I would like my records I will sign whatever and you can make the copies. She said I will need to call the owner. She proceeded to the back again. Me and another client were out front waiting. She brought someone else out and said - The owner said you will need to come back. I said I am not coming back I am here and will sign whatever is needed. I have an appt Monday and need my records. She said we are not permitted to give them to you. I said so you are refusing my medical records. That is a federal crime and against HIPPA laws. so I pulled out my phone and went to video, and I said I want to get on video that you are not allowed to give my records out per the owner. Both ladies got up and said you are not filming me you need to leave. I said I would like my medical records. They are in the back and I have the video still going and I heard them on the phone with someone saying I was threatening them and then I heard them call the cops. I heard them say I refused to leave and was yelling and threatening them. WHICH IS NOT TRUE AT ALL I have the entire video. I asked for my records politely several times. I heard them say she needs to be removed from the store. I then called my friend and advised her of what was going on. ALL ON THE VIDEO STILL. My friend said to get an attorney and file with the state board of health about my medical records and the violations. I ended up leaving the store with no medical records - even though I heard the policy explained before. This should speak volumes about the type of ppl who run this store. First the change in price without notification. Then the refusal of medical records. What medical place can refuse medical records to be released. I was IN PERSON willing to sign. I believe they cannot find my records per what I heard. But that is MY assumption only. Who knows why they would not release them. Stay away there are better places out there who do not over charge and follow federal laws on HIPPA and records!

  I’m giving my honest review.. I went in for Botox and after two weeks, one side of my face had all movement and so did the upper half of my forehead. I reached out about it and came back in and she took a look at me and said ya I see movement and only injected the one side of my face with 2 units and said she hopes that works.. completely ignoring the fact that I still have lines at the top of my head. After spending almost $300 with a “special” they had on it.. I won’t be returning and I do not recommend.

  This is by far a 5⭐️ MedSpa I know b/c I’ve worked in many different spas across the US. This was my 1st time getting any sort of *Tox treatment. Beth went above & beyond not only to make me feel very comfortable (not any easy task when I’m nervous) but she took the time to thoroughly cover & explain so many things including the differences between brands, the pro & cons of each and she even went through the long term financial aspect for me personally. These woman are so well educated & have such extensive experience you simply can’t go wrong. I can’t imagine a better experience. Thank you so much for spending the time with me!!!!!

  My experience with spruce services was great.Heather who did my face was knowledgeable, friendly explain everything. She was great . I can see a change in my face with my first visit.
