    I came in for a simple shape-up and asked for about 1 inch off the top. Unfortunately, the haircut came out uneven, didn’t match what I asked for, and I had to come back in because hair was left around my ears. I was also told the barber had just finished his training videos, which made me feel like I paid full price for someone who may not have been ready to take walk-ins independently. I understand everyone has to learn, but for around $30 I expected a cleaner and more professional result. Don’t ever do walk-ins here and make the same mistake I did. Just the feeling of the razor against my head alone was very uncomfortable and kept running into my ears with the comb, over 10 times in a row (not an exaggeration). There were clear instructions given for a simple shape up. I claimed in the beginning I wanted the sides disconnected and says “oh i didnt know that i thought you wanted a fade” No conversation during the entire cut, maybe 1 question during the beginning, and just an overall very uncomfortable experience swinging me into him as hes spinning me around in the chair. Always book your appointments with someone who has decent experience.

    Prior to this I have always went to great clips for my haircuts - no longer! I am extremely satisfied with the cut. Prior to this, I was going to give up and cut my mullet as I just never liked the way it came out. After going here, the mullet will be coming with me to the beach! Thanks Lori!
