  I believe the stylists name was Alyssa…in all my 56 years of life no one has ever given me such a perfect cut- i have short hair and stylists always cut it way too short. Once its gone, its gone. But this was perfect!

  Hair Cuttery has great service! The ladies there are very respectful and down to earth when I'm getting my haircut. They should feel very appreciated by their customers, since they are so compassionate.

  My hair cut and style came out great and my color was nice, although I was looking for a lighter shade. My stylist was very sweet and we had a great conversation throughout. Unfortunately, after I left, I discovered hair color stains on my brand new sweater. I couldn’t get the stains out and had to buy a new one. I have to believe my stylist didn’t see them. This is my hope. The sweater was not cheap, so having to buy a new one did not make me happy.

  Erica was amazing and I would recommend her to anyone that needs a quick cut, color, highlight or blow out. She’s very personable and professional. I had a great experience and plan on keep her as my go to stylist!

  I left this appointment feeling uncomfortable and disappointed with both the service and the way I was treated. Throughout the appointment, the stylist handled my hair very roughly. At one point, he even had his hands resting on my hair in a way that was pulling and tugging it unnecessarily. When I spoke up and let him know he was leaning on my hair, his response was to say it was because my hair was “weak,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. While I’m always open to advice about hair care, the way it was delivered here was not constructive. Instead of offering helpful guidance, he made repeated remarks about how brittle my hair was and claimed he could tell just by looking at it. He even directed comments toward my wife, saying she would “see,” which came across as condescending rather than informative. What made the experience worse was the lack of sensitivity in how he spoke about my hair. Rather than providing respectful, individualized feedback, he made a generalized comment about “we” being dry, which felt inappropriate and uncalled for. Overall, I expected a level of care, professionalism, and respect that simply was not met..
