    If i could if zero I would! Had an appointment scheduled today for my daughter’s homecoming for a wash, dry and a blowout. Arrived on schedule within 20 minutes my daughter called me in tears, saying that all the woman did was washed and blow dry after the woman had expressed to me. She didn’t have much time today that she did not try to attempt to style her hair at all, but told her it doesn’t look like your hair will hold.. “ Sorry kiddo “ Three hours before her dance so I wanted to pay for Wash and blow dry and they were trying to charge me for what I initially made the appointment for so with that, I said that they didn’t finish the task that I had no problem paying for the services, but I wasn’t paying for services that were done. they got the manager the manager kind of rolled her eyes like she knew this particular Stylist wasnt up for the job. And she decided that she would curl my daughter‘s hai…r great… In the meantime, they proceeded to sit there while my daughter was in there talking crap about the situation. I was standing right outside the salon and one of the employees had come out and make a cell phone. I don’t know to who, but was talking about the situation in front of myself, saying how Marlene whoever that was was pissed off pretty much that they had to rectify the job because they hired stylist that are incompetent… Then proceeded to charge me over $80 for the blowout that was only supposed to cost 37!!! And I’m sure that it will be out by the time pictures are even done!! Lesson learned after decades of coming here I’ve come to realize it’s better to go to an actual salon instead of the Walmart of haircuts!!!! Highly disappointed and a formal complete to corporate is already been made! UPDATE- AFTER 4 HOURS AND OVER 80 BUCKS LATER THIS IS WHAT SJE CAME OUT LOOKING LIKE! IT LOOKS LIKE A TODDLEE DID IT! DISGRACEFUL! MY DAUGHTER HAD TO COME HOME AND REDO HER HAIR BEFORE HER PICTURES AND DID A MUCH BETTER JOB IN 30 MINS! AND IT HELD! ACCORDING TO YOUR INCOMPETENT OR LAZY EMPLOYEE WHO TOLD HER IT DIDNT LOOK LIKE ITD HOLD SO SHE DIDNT EVEN BOTHER! TERRIBLE ACROSS THE BOARDS! YOUR “ STYLISTS NEED TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL! I CAN MOT WAIT TO SPEAK DIRECTLY TO CORPORATE! NOT A GOOD LOOK HC!

    Been seeing the same stylist, Cat, for many years. She’s the best. Stayed with her even as I moved further away nine years ago. I come from another county and pass many other Hair Cutterys but the trip is worth it.
