    Highly disappointed in my last visit. My daughter specifically asked for a bang trim and a trim of the hair pieces that frame her face. The hair stylist did not listen to her at all and trimmed her bangs and completely cut off the framing pieces on ONE SIDE of her head!!!! She left the other side. My daughter didn’t even realize until she got into the car and started looking for the framing pieces. She was so upset. This was the stylist whose station is on the right as soon as you walk in. We usually have have great service with other stylists.

    I go to the Langhorne location. I have Lauren do my hair. She excellent with color. I have never be disappointed. She is a perfectionist.

    Beckie is the absolute sweetest, she did amazing for my daughter’s first haircut and phenomenal for my son’s haircut. She’s super friendly and overall this is a really great environment.!

    My spouse, my children and I have gone to this location for a little over a year. We usually go to Sybil and Josh for our haircuts and we wouldn't trust anyone else with our hair. They are kind, patient, and always listen to any concerts that we may have. The rest of the staff is also incredibly kind. We've never left unhappy with our hair or felt unwelcome. Overall, we love going here and wouldn't trust anyone else with our hair. Josh and Sybil are the best đź’›
