  Sunday I went into get my hair done by Marlene. She bleached my entire head for an hour, rinsed it, put a toner on, she didn’t like the toner but I did, she told me she wanted to redo it, she stripped it out of my hair with chemicals, then told me she needed to give my hair another bleach bath for another 30 minutes to an hour, then put yet another toner on my hair. Even drying my hair it was yellow, she broke absolutely all of my top lay of hair, it’s breaking off more and more everyday, and I had chemical burns on my scalp when I got home, so bad that I had to go to the doctors. I’ve never in my life had such a horrible hair experience like that. The amount of time it’s going to take to fix my scalp and my hair breaks my heart and I regret that appointment. She KNEW I had my husband’s graduation to go to and I am going to look HORRENDOUS. How dare you Marlene? When I was there the manager came up and asked me what was wrong, I told her, and they still charged me for their mistakes.i ended up calling and getting my money back but it doesn’t fix my burns, my hair, or my heartbreak. Do not go to Marlene for blonding.

  Josh is a magician. Walked in looking like I’d been stranded in the woods for 3 months, walked out looking employable again. Fast, friendly, and he actually know’s how to cut hair right. Highly recommend!

  I had a midlife crisis & chopped my hair that was down to my butt Crack to shoulder length. I missed the stylists name she was skinny brownish hair with some pink in. She was gorgeous & she saw how desperate I was so she found away to get me in in-between a coloring she already had booked. Couldn't get a blow dry but it better then I imagined. So worth the $34 for the wash& cut & the $20 tip she got Also remember especially if u walk in & they're busy but still gets u in TIP WELL SHE WAS WORTH EVERY CENT OF THAT $54. THANK U SO MUCH I'M SORRY I MISSED UR NAME ❤️

  I visited the salon and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. I had specifically asked for a bob style, showing them that I needed the cut to be shaped so I could tuck it under easily. Instead, my hair was quickly snipped while wet, and they didn’t even dry it or check the shape afterward. The entire appointment lasted about five minutes, just trimming around randomly. Despite paying extra for a master designer (her name was Cat), there was no attention to detail. Now, no matter how I try to style it, using any tool, the hair won’t tuck under, and the uneven layers are obvious. This was my worst salon experience ever, and after all the haircuts I’ve had in my life, this stands out as the absolute worst.
