  Careless service. The stylist Crystal, dried and styled my hair very roughly. Next time I'll do appointment only with stylist Jay.

  Very unprofessional this girl almost scrub my head off and if she paid any attention what I wanted done that would have been a unstatment to say the least, my granddaughter and I both had Apts @1 there sat my gd why because 1 of the hairdresser had to leave to go figure out something about her daughter ( REALLY) so after I was done I think I still had my ears attached to my head, my gd wanted her hair wash, oh I can't do that I can dry cut it but if she wants it was and cut she has about a 45 min wait because of a back up, AGAIN NOT OUR FAULT,that was $32 mine was $49 a whooping total of $ 81. For WHAT INCOMPLETED SERVICE, I an tell you I have alway love hair cuttery, however with this experience I'm going to have to start looking for another hair cutting place

  I don't know what happened yesterday. But I told the person how I went at my grandson's hair done very little just to shape it up. He now has a bow head with square bangs straight across his head. Very disappointed

  Eng is kind and sweet. The other stylist who cut my son's hair was also very kind and gentle with my 10 year old. Great service and they took their time.
