  I originally booked a pedicure as a first-time client at the salon. Since I visit their medispa, Grace & Purity, regularly, I know they set high standards to make sure their customers are happy. My first pedicure wasn’t what I hoped for—I had requested a specific design, but the nail tech said she didn't have enough time, even though I was happy to pay for it. As a new customer that does not set the tone you expect. I also asked about nail gems, but she said they didn’t have any gems. I even mentioned I might have to order my own and do it myself, and she agreed that was a good idea… NO, that is a horrible idea because I came in to pay to have gems added. However, the next day, I called the salon and spoke with the manager, who was very kind and apologized sincerely. She scheduled an appointment for me to have it fixed before my vacation. Alexis redid my pedicure, and she did an incredible job. She really went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the result. The picture below shows the beautiful pedicure Alexis did. I highly recommend Alexis for any pedicures or manicures—you’ll be in good hands! Alexis deserves the highest praise. The only reason I rated my experience 4/5 was because of my initial experience and having to have the pedicure redone. However, Sanctus Spa & Salon management and Alexis went above and beyond to make it right, so I would return, and I think it's a wonderful salon. They always want the customer to feel appreciated and respected.

  A bit pricier than other places but I think just the environment made it well worth it. My hair looks beautiful and it was quick yet relaxing. Sarah was very kind, gentle, and thorough. Will be telling my friends about this place, but as I said, it is pricier.

  I absolutely love everything about Sanctus Salon and Spa! From the beautiful atmosphere to the amazing people and talented stylists, everything about this salon is a delight from the moment you walk through the door. Sara is truly incredible at what she does. I always leave feeling beautiful and absolutely loving my hair, whether it’s a fresh cut or color. She listens, pays attention to detail, and always brings my vision to life. I can’t recommend Sanctus Salon and Spa and Sara enough!

  I visited for the first time yesterday, May 5th, for a pedicure. Krista was my nail tech and she did an amazing job. She asked questions and clearly communicated the process. I was very impressed! The 3 star rating is a result of me having to listen to Christian country music for the duration of my appointment. When I visit a spa/salon with signs asking people to speak quietly, I expect to hear tranquil spa like music or soft instrumentals. This is by no means me hating on people that listen to Christian music. I would have the same reaction to other non-spa like music. The woman sitting in the chair next to me getting a pedicure also made a comment about the music to her tech. I'm hesitant to return for this reason. Krista, keep doing great work!

  I had a wonderful experience today with Sarah for a much-needed hair transition. I came in with several months of growth and some concerns about over-processing and thinning, and Sarah was absolutely fantastic. She chose a full highlight technique that left me with a seamless, dimensional look and no harsh lines—exactly what I was hoping for! I feel refreshed and so pleased with the results. I also want to mention Adrianne, who did my hair back in September. She did a lovely job then as well, and it's clear that the stylists here really care about their clients' results. The salon uses such clean, high-quality products that I didn't even notice a chemical smell, which is so rare. Thank you, Sarah, for the beautiful cut and color—I’m so happy with how everything turned out!
