The only reason I am giving a 4 is because for me the procedure was somewhat painful and still have some discomfort today. I don’t believe it was from the temperature of the cryotherapy but from my tight chin and neck muscles and the cupping technique. A difference was visible after the treatment ~ my neck was not as saggy!
