- RERic EdwardsMay 12, 20261.0The young lady that cut my hair totally ignored my instructions on how I wanted my hair cut. I pointed to my hair & told her exactly what I wanted cut & even what trimmer #. Her response to me after I asked her what she was doing was to say "I follwed the notes in the ststem". I thought a good haircstylst listens to the clients' instructions. This haircut is embarrassing & bybfar thexworst I've ever had. C'mon Great Clips, do better training your staff.

- BCBrady ColeApr 3, 20261.0I had long hair. It grew out a little too much so I told my barber Nikita to clean it up and take maybe 2-2.5 inches off but keep the same style. She proceeds to take half an hour to cut 6 inches off way too short completely going against what I said I wanted. Not to mention it was cut very uneven. Overall, way too short, not what I requested to the slightest, and a terrible cut.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
