Would be great if some employees were at least a bit more nicer. Spent 10 minutes trying to find someone to help me, 1 employee was helping a person while other 2 were just chatting with them acting like they do something and ignoring others, the other girl was just trying not to pay attention to me when I came to her and ask for assistance.

Last minute I got a soft glam from Jared! And it was amazing perfect foundation match. Exactly what I ask for with the best dewy finish with a nice glow.

Jackie exemplifies the standard to which luxury retail professionals should aspire. Her approach was not merely attentive, but intelligently consultative — rooted in genuine product knowledge and personal experience rather than rehearsed sales tactics or trend-driven marketing narratives. What distinguished her most was the authenticity of her recommendations; each suggestion felt considered, credible, and tailored rather than transactional. In an industry often oversaturated with performative selling and brand-scripted enthusiasm, Jackie demonstrated a level of discernment, professionalism, and sincerity that elevated the entire client experience.
Horrible experience with Racial profiling at this Sephora location. My mother and I came into the mall as soon as it opened to enjoy a relaxing shopping experience with less crowds. Immediately as we walked in we weren’t greeted but we were watched and followed around the store. We were looking for a specific lip product so we wondered around looking and of course tested other products a long the way. Immediately a woman runs over as I’m smelling a fragrance and asks if I need help finding anything so I said yes. I told her exactly what I was looking for, she brings us to where the product is and as we’re testing shades I feel multiple sets of eyes on us. There was even a sales associate that came over and mistaken us for another black woman that was in the store. I say that to say this store was basically empty, we don’t look the same at all. The outfits weren’t even similar.. how could the store be so slow and you mistake your first customer of the day like that lmao. After we grabbed our lip products we continued to walk around the store and browse because it was so empty and quiet.. it’s rare to have an entire Sephora to yourself like this. As we left the skincare section to go back to the makeup and fragrance my mom asks me… “are we being followed right now?” And I said yes clearly we are. Not even a minute after we reach mid point to the other side of the store the woman watching us like a hawk physically runs over to the other side of the store to get there before us. She plays it off after making eye contact with me to act like she intended to ask someone else if they needed help and then we were met with another sales associate that jumps in front of us to ask if we need help looking for something. I was in such disbelief after we uncomfortably said no just looking around and she immediately asked if I needed a basket. If you shop at Sephora and you’re online or you’ve simply worked in retail you know that there is a pattern of this behavior. I personally have worked in retail for a while so I know how loss and prevention tactics work. But wow. I’m writing this review wishing I would have spoken up while I was in the store but I was in complete shock. This behavior is so harmful and disgusting. I won’t give this store my money again and I will try to not let this ruin the peaceful morning I was having. It’s such a shame that you can’t exist without encountering racism. Do better.

I am beyond disgusted by what I witnessed at this Sephora today. I don’t usually write reviews but I’m truly repulsed by the staff that I am going to say something.
Two sisters were shopping when a pair of teenage girls began following them around and harassing them. When the younger sister finally asked to be left alone, the situation escalated immediately. The teenagers started screaming, cursing at her, getting in her face, and repeatedly calling her ugly.
Then it turned physical. They began hitting her, slapping her, pulling her hair, and throwing products from the shelves at her. This was not a minor altercation. It was a full on ASSAULT in the middle of the store.
What is just as disturbing, if not worse, was the complete and total failure of the staff to act. Not a single employee stepped in. No one attempted to de-escalate the situation. No one called security. Instead, people stood around watching, some laughing, some even recording it on their phones like it was entertainment.
This young woman was left crying, shaken, and humiliated while her attackers simply ran off without consequence.
We are already living in a world that can feel cold and cruel, and what I witnessed here is exactly the kind of behavior that makes it hard to have hope in humanity. That a store would allow this to happen without any intervention is beyond unacceptable. Customers should feel safe, and today that was clearly not a priority. Her attackers were not even shopping in Sephora, they followed the sisters there to harass them. Additionally, these were not grown men fighting. The teenage girls were not taller than 5’0”. Someone could have easily stepped in to stop it. But instead Sephora employees did NOTHING to protect the customer, who looked no older than 18-19 years old. The lack of basic human decency and responsibility shown here is appalling. Shame on every person who works at this store. DO BETTER.
