She helped us decide which piercing technique was best for my daughter’s situation (a re-piercing after a botched piercing somewhere else 2 yrs ago). We had a great experience and would recommend Ronan to anyone! Shelly at the front desk was also so great, she also helped us with the decision needle vs device piercing and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you both!!

I like Rowan because they have a nice selection of earrings; take their time with each customer; are very professional & friendly; studio is neat and clean. If there is anything you aren't clear about they take the time to explain it to your satisfaction. I made an appointment for a specific time, but walking we're welcome. I also had the earring changed by them on a previous piercing I had done at the Ardmore store...because I wanted to change from a stod to an endless hoop and didn't want to get messy with a relatively new piercing [I had let previous piercings close up, so I had re-piercing done in Ardmore]. Didn't feel like dealing with parking in Ardmore and had other shopping to do at KOP.
