  Omgosh I had an AMAZING experience at the KOP location! I overheard Nas telling a friend of mine about a promotion they had going on and it involved a free cunch piercing. As anyone else would, I made my way right over, especially because it was my birthday weekend! When I arrived they were done with a current client inside they spoke with me answered ALL my questions because I was nervous and they talked and walked me through the whole process & even gave me something to squeeze if it hurt! I got the piercing and it’s officially my PHAVORITE one! I will DEFINITELY be back for a coupleee more over time & I definitely recommend them! They also allowed me to record and make my content for instagram which I was beyond grateful for as well! 11/20 experience. SHOUT OUT TO THE WHOLE TIME THAT DAY: Stephany, Cyd, Shelly & most of all the manager Nas! GO GET PIERCED YALL & tell them PHASAYI sent you 🥰🙏🏾

  I walked into a new piercing spot super excited, but left feeling so unsafe and unwelcome that I didn't even get pierced. While waiting for the friendly piercer to confirm her availability, a male employee got an instant attitude with me. After I signed the waiver, he huddled at the counter whispering to her while looking at me multiple times, bragged about being good at reading body language, and rushed me to pick jewelry. The vibe was so hostile I decided to walk out and he laughed as I left which was odd. Seeing another review mentioning similar behavior proved it wasn't just in my head. I’m definitely sticking to Mejuri!

  I want to write and say how great our experience was with Rowan and with Nurse Stephanie and Shelly! We came in to have our earrings changed because my daughter was scared to change them herself. Nurse Stephanie and Shelly were so patient and kind with my daughter and her friends. They explained the process and helped them change them and then let them practice changing themselves. Thank you again Rowan for such a wonderful experience.

  As an older customer with thicker ear lobes the earring I was forced to buy was expensive and too small for my ear. After my ear turned red I had to change to a normal earring. But the service and care that I received was exceptional.

  I found out about Rowan via instagram and after learning more about them, I immediately looked up if there were any near me. For context, I’m not someone who typically does well with needles but had really been wanting some new piercings. I had my appointment with Bri and she was absolutely AMAZING! She was so sweet, kind and understanding of everything I needed. She was also very thorough with making sure I loved the placement before piercing! She let me sit back in the chair for my piercings, gave me some snacks, etc. I kept saying I felt bad because I was taking a bit long (anxiety) and it was getting crowded. She completely reassured me and told me not to worry about anything. Truly recommend Rowan to anyone. I got my 4th lobes done on each side and my Helix!
